Violent Crime Reduction Act 2007
Airsoft guns are now considered as Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs) so you will only be able to purchase one if you have an airsoft skirmisher membership number and prove you are a regular Skirmisher (UKARA/ PASS / UKAPU) or re-enactors defence/exemption under the VCR Act 2007 and are 18 or older.
Police and Crime Act 2017
Under Section 57A which clearly states the requirements of an Airsoft gun to be an Airsoft gun and not a firearm, which includes projectile sizes and muzzle velocity. Anyone found breaking this act will be removed from the site without hesitation, especially on muzzle velocity.
UKARA with First and Only Airsoft
UKARA is an external organisation which gives the player enough proof to defend from VCRA 2007. For more information visit UKARA.org.uk. UKARA is not automatically given to the player when membership is sold. The player must complete the UKARA form and register it in person on the game site with the current site manager. Proof of address and proof of ID must not be copies and must be two separate proofs.
UKARA defence is not tied to a single site though it helps. The player should get a players passport from the site they are playing and get the stamps on the player’s passport. This passport allows the player to play on multiple game sites while still accumulating valid proof for their UKARA form.
Backdating sites game proofs are possible as long as the player can provide acceptable proof by and to First and Only Airsoft in person on the game site. Registration for UKARA will not be accepted via phone or E-mail.
Once UKARA approved, wait for 5 working dates before the defence is completed unless told otherwise. An e-mail should be sent to the player once the UKARA is created. If the player does not receive this e-mail from UKARA then they may need to contact First and only Airsoft (e-mail below) as the form may have the wrong e-mail, just to double-check.
Information from UKARA is important as if the player purchases an Airsoft Toy online, it can only be sent to the UKARA registered address, and any other address is not valid for the defence.
If the Player had another UKARA from another company, the player needs to redo the UKARA form, however, the player should find it faster as they should have already had the proof of gameplays. UKARA is not automatically transferred.
If the player needs to change the address*, not received an e-mail from UKARA after 5 working days from registration, or anything is incorrect on UKARA and needs changing. Then please contact Memberships@firstandonlyevents.co.uk.
*Change of address: to save your time please do the following on the e-mail. In subject, input: Change of o address. In the content page, insert the player’s full name, Membership number, Old address, new address. Also please attach a photo of proof of address of the new address. By doing this, the player agrees for the e-mail to be printed and attached to the registered UKARA form.
Confirmation of age
Upon placing your booking you are confirming that you over 18 years of age or over 13 years of age and have adult supervision available for the day of the event/mission
Booking of Pyro
When ordering any devices labelled on the website as pyro you will be asked to confirm you are over 18 years of age. If on the collection of these devices you are unable to prove this, then you will not be able to collect these items and a refund will be unavailable on our game sites. Refund of the good can be made if this is the cause by contacting Tracy@firstandonlyevents.co.uk with details of the event you attended (site and date of the event) and proof of purchase of the goods. The refund process can take up to 10 working days and handling fee may be deducted from the refund. If underage players found using these pyros or any form of chemical explosives (Gas and air is exempt like ASG storm and Airsoft innovation XL Burst) on the site then they will be removed from the site, this includes, Blank, triggered impacts, BFG, TLSFX Explosives and Enola Gaye Explosives.
Entry to site
Entry to the site may be refused if you do not bring confirmation of booking. Booking of confirmation can be proved with either a PayPal receipt, printout of booking confirmation email or printout of booking confirmation page.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any event/mission at any time.
Refunds
Your booking stops us from taking other bookings that may have been interested in the same date so is subject to the cancellation policy for sporting activities, regulation 6 in the distance selling regulations issued by the office of fair trading. This means that once booked you lose your deposit of 50% of total price only if given prior notice of 31 days or more to cancel the event but if less than 31 days then no refund would be given. Refunds are available at First and Only Airsoft discretion.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Availability
All events/missions are subject to availability. Our site will be updated regularly and in the unlikely event that a mission booking is not available, you will be notified as soon as possible to discuss the options available e.g. substitute booking/event/mission or refund. All hires must be booked prior as each site will only bring the required hire guns to the site due to weight.
Ordering errors/ Cancelling and Swapping
You can correct any mistakes during the on-line ordering process, until the point at which you click ‘Book Mission’ or ‘Checkout with PayPal’ on the final page of our order process. An administration fee of 10% may be charged if we are required to deal with errors in ordering of the events if the fault lies with you.
If you cannot attend the event, the player must contact us as soon as possible. The lapse time of your notice versus the excuse given is up to the companies discretion if we will swap your date without you losing your deposit. If you cannot attend an airsoft event and want a refund on your deposit. please see refunds section of T&C, in most cases, a refund won’t be possible. Your deposit will be lost if no effort was made to notify the company of your absent within a week before the event or 24 hours have passed (companies discretion).
Confirmation and acceptance of your booking
We will confirm your booking via the e-mail address you provided during the on-line order process. If you had made an account on our website, your confirmation will be shown in the “My Account” section also. Acceptance of your booking with us is confirmed in an e-mail advising you your item(s) have been despatched.
Memberships and Account Discounts
Membership is not required for you to participate in our Airsoft events. UKARA does need a membership from a Public Liability insured airsoft club to be valid. Purchasing a membership online does not automatically give you a UKARA defence but gives you a valid membership for you to register for UKARA. Furthermore, upon purchasing a membership, you will be assigned a membership number (please wait 5 working days as this process is manual) which you can see in “my account” section. This will set up an automated renewal which can be cancelled Via “My Account” at any time, however, this will keep your membership going and if you have UKARA, this will be also updated (Manually done, please wait 5 working days after the membership is renewed,)
After purchasing a membership online, your badge can and must be collected after the player attends the game site following the purchase. Your Membership number can be generated online in your Account (membership number can be found in the My Account section on renewals after August 2020, otherwise, it will be sent to the registered e-mail ), if you have previously been a member and are restarting a membership then your membership number should reactivate and appear in your Account. If not you will see an option to generate this.
**Memberships before July 2020 is on the old system, I highly suggest if you have such a membership to cancel your renewal via your own PayPal account and do a new membership, stating your old membership number when you do so. Though your membership will still qualify it is a fully Manual Process and does not accumulate loyalty points.
***If you have a membership number already when doing an online membership, please put your old membership number in the notes when doing your online membership.
Gold and Silver membership offers money off for airsoft bookings and it will only be deducted once per transaction per event. The discount is for the account holder only, if a booking is made which is not for the account holder, this will void the membership with its privileges until the matter has been resolved. These Loyalty points are not claimed if you use the quick checkout option.

Loyalty Points and Rewards
When you do membership online, when the membership online on the new system automatically renews, or when you are doing a booking online, you have an opportunity to collect Loyalty Points. You must, however, make sure you do not use the quick checkout option, otherwise, no point will be accumulated, it is like swiping a loyalty card in-store. £1 is one point, you need a minimum amount of points in your account to achieve the first discount tier. These tiers are subject to change at any time. This system has been in place since August 2020.
Purchasing restrictions
Certain items on our website are only available to customers aged 18 and over. When placing an order with us you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you accept these terms and conditions. First and Only Airsoft use age verification software during our payment process. We reserve the right to contact you to confirm your age when deemed necessary.
Links to external websites
To assist you in the hobby we have placed links to other websites that may be of interest to you. We have no control over the content of these sites and therefore do not accept any liability in respect of your use of these sites or their content.
Damage to your computer
First and Only Airsoft take every care to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects. However, we cannot guarantee that use of this website or any website accessed through it will not harm your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are using suitable equipment and software to view the website and screen out possible threats to your security. First and Only Airsoft shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage to any equipment as a result of using this website.
Exclusions of Liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of First and Only Airsoft, or any of its employees, agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Changes to Legal Notices
We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions and you should ensure you are up to date with any amendments when placing your booking.
Use of this Website from outside the UK
Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this website from the United Kingdom. First and Only Airsoft makes no representation that any of our products or services are appropriate for use in other locations. At present we do not offer products or services for sale outside the UK.
Law, Jurisdiction and Language
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
By placing a booking on this site you confirm that you are over 18 and accept these terms and conditions.
COVID 19 Guidelines
First and Only Airsoft is strict with the COVID 19 guidelines, any changes to these guidelines are notified to us at the same time as you would by our current government. So please give us a chance to prepare and any changes which we do that may affect your bookings will be notified via e-mail asap. Any other changes will be notified via our social media outlets.
Hire masks are no longer available as we cannot guarantee the safety from COVID 19. Masks must be bought and for you to take home if you do not have one. If you have purchased one online and you are unsure the safety of the mask, please see the site manager on the day. If we do not deem a mask safe, we will not allow you to use it during the game.
If you have to self-isolate and it affects your booking, please contact Tracy@firstandonlyevents.co.uk, stating your booking name and e-mail used, date your event is going to be, the venue you are attending and if you wish to transfer your event date or get a refund (if refunded, 10% less May be returned this way due to handling and transaction fees).
