To get UKARA you need to take part in a minimum of 3 games at any of our sites over a period of MORE than 2 months. Most players do 2 games, get their stamps and then wait for day 56 onwards to do the 3rd game. You have 12 months to do this and must be over 18 years of age.
Collect a Ukara passport from your game site to start collecting your 3 stamps to prove you have played airsoft on that date. You then need to be a member when you apply (bronze £20 or gold £100 is available). Your membership is done online and gives you your FAO membership number which then becomes your UKARA number (ex. FAO12345 would be your membership and UKARA). They are linked so if your yearly membership runs out, so does your UKARA.
Buying a membership does not automatically grant you UKARA status.
To apply for UKARA you must visit a site in-person with your completed passport form, it cannot be done online. You must live within the UK, be 18+ and be able to provide photo identification such as a Passport, Driver’s License, and also a Bank Statement or utility bill (we need proof of name, address, and date of birth).
Then we process and add to the database usually within 7 working days.
Note that PayPal manages the membership subscription yearly until you cancel on your PayPal account.
